The Role  
As a Web3 Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll take charge of designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue. You will align global marketing strategies with local needs, ensuring seamless execution that resonates with targeted audiences. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities  

- Adapt and Execute Campaigns: Balance global strategies with local market needs, ensuring demand generation campaigns are impactful and regionally relevant while supporting broader company goals.  
- Paid Media Management: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media, ensuring ROI and growth.  
- Content Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with content sponsors to enhance brand visibility and engagement.  
- Compelling Ad Development: Create captivating ad content and copy in collaboration with design and product marketing teams to drive conversions.  
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign metrics and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance lead generation.  
- Audience Targeting: Refine and expand target audiences using performance data to improve campaign reach and effectiveness.  
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, field marketing, and communications teams to execute marketing initiatives smoothly.  
- Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Oversee email nurturing, chat marketing, ad ideation, sponsorships, and search marketing to drive demand generation.  

What We’re Looking For  

- Proven experience in B2B Growth Marketing and Demand Generation, ideally within a tech or SaaS company.  
- Expertise in paid media campaigns, including hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.  
- Experience scaling digital programs in EMEA markets, with a strong understanding of localized strategies and multi-language coordination.  
- Success in building sales pipelines through online marketing channels.  
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and guide decisions with data insights.  
- Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities, coupled with a keen attention to detail.  
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-growing environment.  

Nice to Have  

- Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies.  
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Google Analytics.  
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar tools for analyzing complex data sets.  
- Hands-on experience with Google Suite and social media advertising platforms.
